Tourist tax
The prices quoted are exclusive of a tourist tax of €1.5 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, which is to be paid on site.

Deposit
We welcome written reservations via email. As soon as you have transferred the deposit of 100€, the reservation is considered valid.

General
The price includes: water, electricity, heating in winter and final cleaning. Our prices are in euros and are per apartment per day. Bread roll service on request.

 

The invoice
The bill is paid in cash on site.

 

Group prices are available upon request.

 

Cancellation
In the case of short-term cancellations (6 weeks before the start of the holiday) we will keep the deposit. This can be credited towards a future holiday with us. In the event of early departure or late arrival we will charge you 100% of the agreed daily rate.
